The retirement party was a wonderful success thanks to you. My concern about enough food was wrong. There may have been too much! Everything was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Thanks to Leslie for gracious and efficient serving. This email will be too long if I go over each offering but they do deserve comment. The appetizers were very appealing. Your spinach salad with the subtle dressing was unique. It could have been a dinner salad. Paul was very pleased with the filet. Perfectly cooked and the cracked pepper sauce excellent. He compared it to one of his favorite steak restaurants. Now, the desserts. There was almost a reverent reaction to the presentation and subtle flavoring. Rick commented on the ice cream fitting the chocolate cake perfectly. He also was enthusiastic about the salad. But I will let him speak for himself. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

We were all really impressed with EVERYTHING you provided for us. It all started with the initial planning meeting with us to make sure we knew what out 20+ guests would want--no detail was left unattended to. From the second you arrived the day of our event, you and your staff was amazing-- from the set up of all tables, to the wonderful attention, to serving us that your staff provided to the eventual clean up of the kitchen after dinner (my guests commented that you couldn't have guessed that gourmet three-course dinner was just cooked ad served from our kitchen-- it was spotless!).
